System Overview

Akyikatchy is an automated information system developed for the Human Rights Ombudsman Office in Kyrgyzstan. Its primary purpose is to streamline daily operations, create a comprehensive activity database, and enhance case management efficiency for quicker responses to human rights violations.

We are deeply committed to the protection of human rights in Kyrgyzstan. That's why we've taken the initiative to contribute to improving the situation in this field. After winning the tender, we collaborated with experts from the Danish Institute for Human Rights to design a framework for the future information system, incorporating the world's best practices.

  • Case Management: Facilitates the processing of complaints, investigations, and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Data Collection and Storage: Centralized database for information on complaints, investigations, and detected violations.
  • Report Generation: Creates reports on the Ombudsman Office’s activities.
  • Efficient Information Retrieval: Quick search capability for accessing relevant information within the database.
  • Electronic Registry of Response Acts: Manages the digital registry of the Ombudsman’s response acts in the Kyrgyz Republic.
